So, why Sprinterra, and what’s with the logo? Let’s peel back the layers of our identity and share a bit of the heart and soul that drive us every day.
“When we started thinking about what to call our company, we wanted a name that felt like us and was true to our point of differentiation and personality,” recalls Igor Severinovskiy, Sprinterra CEO. “Tech Solutions Plus” was on the table for a while,” continues Eugene Volynsky, Sprinterra COO, “but it didn’t have that personal touch we were looking for. It felt too generic.” After tossing around hundreds of ideas, “Sprinterra” emerged as a winning name that reflects who we are and how we work. It is a combination of “Sprint,” reflecting our commitment to the iterative processes of Agile methodology in software development, and “Terra,” meaning territory, which brings in the idea of our domain expertise in the tech landscape. “Put them together, and you get Sprinterra, where speed meets proficiency: a name that says we’re quick on our feet and experts in our field,” says Igor Severinovskiy.
As for the logo, Sprinterra opted for a bold gradient of blue in the form of a circle that also resembles an ‘on/off’ switch sign. “It might seem simple at first glance, but it’s packed with meaning,” emphasizes Eugene Volynsky. “It represents the full circle of development and delivery we promise our clients, echoing the agile sprints and iterations that are core to our work,” Eugene explains. “It’s our way of showing that we’re committed to excellence, from start to finish, wrapping up projects neatly and effectively,” adds Nataliia Iashchuk, Sprinterra Chief Delivery Officer.
Choosing different shades of blue for Sprinterra’s brand colors wasn’t just a random decision. Blue stands for stability and success and signifies calm and competence, perfectly aligning with our purpose of elevating efficiency for companies who want to work smarter. Dark blue is considered a calming color – and it’s a way of saying we’re here to bring our clients peace of mind with tech solutions that are both innovative and solid. The bright hues of blue identify with the cutting edge of technology. It’s a color that says we’re trustworthy and serious about innovation, yet friendly and approachable. Plus, it connects Sprinterra to the broader tech community, showing that we’re part of a bigger conversation about where technology is headed.
In February 2022, Sprinterra integrated the Ukrainian flag into its logo. This small change means a lot to the entire Sprinterra team as our company is deeply rooted in Ukraine. We are proud to be a part of Ukraine’s tech community and play a role in helping the country win the war. Sprinterra’s updated logo is a statement of support for our country and reflects our core values of community, care, and upholding integrity.
