QA Engineer for Leasing App Project

The Sprinterra team is growing and we are looking for a QA Engineer to join our development team working on a Leasing Application built on the Odoo platform to ensure the quality of our product through thorough testing and comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities:

Cover full process of quality assurance in two project simultaneously
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases, checklists to ensure all functional requirements are met
Identify, document, and track defects, analyze details, work with databases, compose bug reports ensuring they are addressed by the development team in a timely manner
Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and create test cases that ensure all functionalities are thoroughly tested
Focus on creating and maintaining clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for test plans, test cases, test results, and other QA-related activities
Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect the existing functionalities of the Leasing Application
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure that the application meets the highest quality standards

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing, with a focus on documentation and test case creation
English level: Upper intermediate
Ability to commit to a 50% part-time role, with flexible hours to align with the project’s needs
Experience in creation/maintenance testing documents
Experience in Regression, Functional and UAT testing
A keen eye for detail, especially in documentation and defect identification.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and convey issues.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira or similar project management software
