AI Solutions Lead (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Sprinterra is looking for a hands-on AI Solutions Lead to spearhead the adoption and integration of AI technologies across all areas of our company – from development workflows and project features to pre-sales, POCs, and MVPs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who is also a strategic thinker, capable of mentoring teams, driving AI-first initiatives, and showcasing AI’s business value to clients.

What You’ll Do:

Identify opportunities to introduce AI across coding practices, project features, automation, and client offerings.
Work directly on AI-driven solutions, implementing AI-enhanced features and optimizing development workflows.
Present AI-driven solutions to prospects, demonstrating AI’s potential for business transformation.
Help conceptualize and build AI-powered prototypes and MVPs to validate new ideas.
Train developers and teams on AI tools, best practices, and practical implementations.
Research and adopt the latest AI/ML advancements to keep Sprinterra at the forefront of innovation.
Do regular development on non-AI projects, ensuring high-quality implementation.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong hands-on development experience in Python, or other relevant languages.
Experience with with ML frameworks, e.g. scikit-learn, pytorch, tensorflow.
Experience with LLMs. Experience with applying RAG, building agents(tools e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Experience in building AI-driven products, automation, or enhancements.
Experience in no-code/low-code AI agents building (e.g. n8n).
Full-stack experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to balance AI initiatives and traditional development work.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with sales teams, present AI solutions to clients, and drive adoption.
Strong communication, mentoring, and presentation skills for client discussions and internal training.
Hands-on approach with a practical mindset - able to balance innovation with real-world application.
Knowledge of AI’s role in business processes, from pre-sales to feature enhancement.
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher – Ability to engage in client meetings, technical discussions, and documentation.
